Because of the personal and hygienic nature of menstrual products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve been opened or delivered. This way, you can always be confident that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and unused.

For our other product categories, returns may be accepted.
💵 Refunds & Exchanges
- ✔️ When a return is made, we’ll usually offer an exchange right away.
- ✔️ If an exchange isn’t preferred, you can choose a refund instead.
- ✔️ Exchanges are processed immediately once we receive and check your item.
- ✔️ Refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after the return is received and inspected.
❌ Cancelled Orders
- ✔️ If your order hasn’t been assigned a tracking number yet, a full refund will be issued.
- ✔️ If a tracking number has already been generated, cancellation is still possible, but the full shipping fee will apply.
